L&D Specialist, Human Resources

 IDENTIFIED NEEDS and PROJECTS:
  • Strategically plan, develop, and implement a training curriculum for junior and mid-level staff
  • Develop a curriculum and operational process for on-boarding and developing our graduate program employees
  • Partner with HR team in deploying performance management cycle to accommodate business area needs, ensure engagement and measure development results
  • Evaluate all existing technology tools and platforms and develop training, documentation and user guides
  • Evaluate training platforms to enhance offerings
  • Manage SharePoint site of training materials, documentation and thought leadership
  • Market and advertise HR offerings and development opportunities to encourage a high attendance
  • Conduct surveys and analyze results to make recommendation on how to enhance career development, engagement and the employee experience
  • Monitor training needs to be sure we are compliant with local and federal laws
  • Develop, track, and report metrics of learning success and overall impact

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
  • 5-7 years of varying HR functional experience
  • Experience in learning and development a plus
  • Self-starter, highly motivated with the ability to learn fast and contribute
  • Strong organizational knowledge
  • Resourceful, flexible and creative
  • Solid analytical and project management skills
