Stan's reputation and experience has enabled him to build a significant resource pool from which he can pull or refer critical expertise when needed.
Stan founded ALPHA HC CONSULTING as a high impact consulting practice to provide focused advice, strategies and solutions to senior leadership (typically C-suite, founders and CEOs) of select hedge funds and private equity firms.  Stan has over 30 years of experience as a senior leader in HR with particular expertise in the alternative asset management industry at King Street, Fortress and Amaranth. He also gained extensive talent management experience in similar roles at JP Morgan Chase and General Electric. Stan has worked with business leaders in firms ranging in size from 6 to 6,000 employees.  He has acted and served as a trusted advisor providing counsel, guidance and objective perspectives to achieve the best results. He provides what you need to hear, not what you want to hear.
