Human Resource Leaders

For heads of human resources there is a constant struggle to accomplish those projects, programs and processes that go beyond the accomplishment of completing the myriad of day to day tasks.  Those tasks begin when you walk in the door but don't seem to end when you walk out the door at night.   • Working with Founder of $1B AUM focused long short fund with 13 employees sorting through growth challenges, COO transition, candidate screening, goal setting
  • Serving as "virtual HR director for $3.3B AUM quant fund with ~50 employees - cultural definition, policy formation, executive coaching, growth strategy, compensation structures, campus recruiting process, employee relations
  • Supporting the launch of loan fund with PEO selection, benefits structure, compensation data, culture definition, policy design, handbook, offer letter composition
  • Supporting founder seeking to launch a special opportunities fund; acting as executive coach regarding critical conversations, drafting employment letters, advising on compensation structures including equity participation
  • Working with founders of a third party capital raiser as they open a new office in a new country, specifically facilitating a day long business plan presentation to the founders by the lead candidate as well as meeting with the candidate to explore points raised through psychometric testing
  • Working with the CEO and CHRO of  a 1,200 employee specialty insurance broker and risk manager (a PE portfolio company) built through 28 acquisitions in 36 months; implemented a process to unite the firm with common goals by designing a global goal setting process coupled with a new performance management system tied to the goals of the company
